The brain empowers learning and doing. Reading success requires the development and coordination of a complex set of brain skills. Students who struggle in school usually have a gap in their foundational skills or an external force impacting their ability to learn effectively.
Parents/family are key to success
We help parents access the resources and knowledge they need to ensure their children build a strong brain skills foundation. Build skills ages 0-8 to empower reading success by 3rd grade. We can help families close the skill gap for older students also, including parents themselves.

What's the Plan?
Strategies and actions depend upon the age of the student
Ages 0 to 5
Provide simple, free life experiences that build strong foundational skills. Easy to do. Fits into existing family routines. Fun but purposeful.
Kindergarten to 3rd grade
Complete Reading Kingdom.
Evaluate and work on social emotional skills as needed.
Evaluate and train cognitive processing skills.
Grades 4-12
For students who did not receive the training in K-3. Evaluate reading skills. Complete the adult version of Reading Kingdom as appropriate. Evaluate and train cognitive processing skills.
Adults
Apply the approach used for grades 4-12 as needed. When students did not receive the help needed in K-12, students may have lost hope. Need to rebuild that hope.
